Le Panyol 100 raises the bar. Its 100 cm diameter gives a floor space of nearly one square metre. You can cook eight dishes at the same time, place 12kg of bread on the hearth or send out an astonishing 80 pizzas per hour. And, even more surprising, owing to the qualities of the refractory white clay, you will need only 12-15kg of wood to fire it up.
This model is a challenging companion to the hobby baker who can aim for larger quantities and enjoys catering to larger groups of family and friends.
