While being classed as neither small nor large, Model 83 requires about 1.7m of space, front to back.
For cooking space, this round oven of 83 cm diameter is similar to the Model 66/99, capable of 40 pizzas in an hour, or 8 kg of bread.
Within the Liberté range, its mid-level size and surprisingly low wood consumption make it ideal for both small gatherings and big parties. It has become a very popular model, belonging to the centre of family life.
