Pro Boulangerie 120L
Like other “L” models this 120 L is a stretched version of the Boulangerie 120, gaining extra space inside, with an interior length of 150 cm. Perfect for those situations in bakery and restaurant when space is a premium.
In a busy bakery, this would make a superb backup oven or an oven from which an entirely different style of product can be made.
