Pro Pizzeria 165
The longer shape of this pizza oven makes it a great solution when your space is longer than it is wide.
The high volume hearth allows you to bake 7 pizzas at once, making it perfect for restaurants with a lot of diners to cater for (up to 200 pizzas per service). What’s more, the wood consumption is surprisingly low: Only 30kg… and even less if you use it every day.
